As your payroll bureau we will act as your ‘agent’ in the eyes of HM Revenue & Customs, in order to authorise HM Revenue & Customs to communicate with us in this capacity you will need to complete two forms.

We know that the HM Revenue & Customs suite of forms can be daunting. Below we have listed the everyday forms that you may need so you always know where to find them.
Employee Details Form - Download >>
P46 – This form is completed by all new employees who, do/cannot provide you with a P45 on their first day at work - Download >>
P46 (Expat) – This form is completed by all employees coming to work in the UK. - Download >>
P46 (Pen) – This form is completed by retired employees joining an occupational pension scheme. - Download >>
P38(S) – This form is for students who will only be working for you during the holidays, never during term time.
